Register Now: 14th Annual Law Day Luncheon on May 1, 2018

Solicitor General Noel Francisco will be the keynote speaker at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and Court of Federal Claims Bar Association 14th Annual Law Day Observance Luncheon.

The luncheon will take place on May 1, 2018, from noon to 2:00 p.m. at The Hamilton, 600 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005.

Special Master Katherine Oler sworn in as Special Master in the Vaccine Program.

Katherine Oler was on November 29, 2017, sworn in as a Special Master of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (Vaccine Program), located within the USCFC by the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, codified at 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to -34.

USCFC Press Release - Federal Contract Conference Supports Court Review of Bid Protests

Judge Thomas C. Wheeler spoke on Friday, September 15th, on a panel for the Practicing Law Institute on “View from the Bench–Adjudicating Government Contracts Disputes.” Senior Judge Loren A. Smith also spoke on a panel for the Practicing Law Institute on “Bid Protests in Government Contracts–Protection or Obstacle?” The Judges both expressed views from their experiences and answered questions from the participating attorneys. Attendance of attorneys attending and those live streaming was well over a hundred.
