Senior Judge Bohdan A. Futey has been recalled to active service for a 90-day period effective May 6, 2019.

Open Court Admissions will be held at 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 a.m. until further notice.

Until further notice, Open Court Admissions will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday of the first full week in every month. Applicants for admission must appear in the clerk's office no later than 10:30 a.m. to complete the items listed in RCFC 83.1(b)(2)(A)(i). Death Announcement: Judge Reginald Walker Gibson, 1927-2018

Judge Reginald Walker Gibson, of the United States Court of Federal Claims, died Sunday, December 9, 2018, at the age of 91. Judge Gibson was appointed to the United States Court of Federal Claims by President Ronald Reagan and joined the bench on December 10, 1982. He took senior judge status on August 15, 1995.
