Frank E. White

Franklin E. White is an Assistant Director in the National Courts Section, Commercial Litigation Branch, Civil Division, United States Department of Justice. He received his B.A. degree in American Government from the University of Virginia in 1988, and his J.D. from Columbia University in 1991. Mr. White joined the National Courts Section as a Trial Attorney through the Attorney General's Honors Program in 1991. He became an Assistant Director in 2001. Mr. White has practiced extensively before the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of International Trade and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a member of the National Courts Section's constitutional claims, legislation, and international trade teams. From 2008 to 2010, he was a member of the Board of Governors of the United States Court of Federal Claims Bar Association and was the Editor of the bar association's quarterly newsletter. Mr. White was a contributor to the Fifth Edition of the bar association's Deskbook for Practioners.
