Templates: Joint Motion for Dismissal Decision and Motion for Attorneys' Fees
The template motions below are for attorneys to use in OAP cases where the attorney seeks a dismissal decision and an award of attorneys’ fees. These motions should only be used in cases where petitioners’ counsel has discussed attorneys’ fees and costs with respondents' counsel and respondents' counsel has no opposition to the award.
The first document (“MiniMatrix”) is intended for firms that have a significant number of cases and have developed a fee matrix with respondents' counsel.
The second document (“SmallFirms”) is intended for firms that do not have enough cases to warrant a matrix.
