Rails to Trails Program Livestream | 2/23 at 9:30 a.m.

Please mark your calendars for Friday, February 23, at 9:30 a.m. to livestream the Court’s upcoming outreach program on Rails to Trails litigation. The program is being hosted at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Presenters include our very own Judge Armando O. Bonilla, Ms. Meghan Largent, Practice Group Leader of the Rails to Trails practice program of Lewis Rice, and Mr. Brian Herman, Senior Trial Attorney in the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. Streaming will be available to court staff and the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association.
