Changes effective 12/1/2023:
- Civil filing fee increases to $405
- Appeals fee increases to $605
- Petition to perpetuate testimony under Rule 27(a) or letters rogatory/request for judicial assistance fee increases to $52
- Attorney admission fee increases to $299
- Attorney duplicate certificate of admission or certificate of good standing fee increases to $21
- Certification fee increases to $12
- Exemplification fee increases to $24
- Audio recording of court proceeding fee increases to $34
- Copy of document in electronic form fee increases to $33
- Record retrieval fee increases to $70/first box; $43/each additional box
- Electronic record retrieval (SmartScan) fee increases to $20.90
- Search of court records fee increases to $34
- Apostille fee increases to $50
