Kristine Tardiff is a Senior Trial Attorney with the Natural Resources Section of the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the United States Department of Justice. In this position, Ms. Tardiff represents the United States in Fifth Amendment takings litigation and certain public land law matters. Ms. Tardiff received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining the Department of Justice in 1995 through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, Ms. Tardiff served for two years as a law clerk to the late Honorable Shane Devine, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
