	Eugene R. Fidell Yale Law School Eugene R. Fidell is the Florence Rogatz Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is a co-founder and former president of the National Institute of Military Justice and of counsel at Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP, Washington, D.C. He is a co-author of Military Justice: Cases and Materials (LexisNexis), a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Life Member of the American Law Institute, and a member of the board of directors of the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War.
