Judge Hadji's Employment Information

CLERKSHIPS

Judge Hadji routinely hires term law to assist him in fulfilling his judicial responsibilities. Term law clerks are usually hired 1-2 years in advance of their start date. Applicants must be a law school graduate at the time of appointment with excellent academic standing and possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Journal, moot court, or legal clinic experience is preferred. Experience involving government contract, employment, tax, environmental, or intellectual property law is also preferred. Applicants should apply by email to CFC_Hadji_Hiring@cfc.uscourts.gov or by mailing a paper application to chambers. Applications should include a cover letter, resume, two writing samples, undergraduate transcript, law school transcript, and a list of three references (including name, affiliation, and contact information). The best qualified applicants will be invited for in-person interviews in Washington, DC or via videoconference. Due to the large number of applications anticipated, only those applicants invited for interviews will be contacted.  

 

EXTERNSHIPS

Judge Hadji hires judicial externs for the fall, spring, and summer terms every year. Interested law students should send applications by email to CFC_Hadji_Hiring@cfc.uscourts.gov. An application shall include a cover letter, resume, writing sample, undergraduate transcript, law school transcript (if available), and a list of two references (including name, affiliation, and contact information).
