John F. Edwards

Mr. Edwards was appointed as Special Master on September 1, 1991. Before his appointment, Mr. Edwards served as Chief of Staff at the United States Court of Federal Claims from April 1990 to August 1991. He has also served as a trial attorney with the Department of Justice Civil Division Commercial Litigation Branch. From August 1987 to January 1990, he clerked for Judge Wilkes C. Robinson of the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Mr. Edwards graduated with distinction from the George Mason University School of Law in 1987. He received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia in 1982. He currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
