Your browser does not support CSS and therefor you are seeing a plain, functional page rather than the modern, designed site. The site is fully functional this way, just not as nice to look at. To see this site as it was intended, please upgrade to a modern browser like Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Netscape (7 or higher) or Internet Explorer (6 or higher).

CM/ECF will be upgraded, and therefore unavailable, on February 23, 2013. Please click here for important details.

There will be an upgrade to the CM/ECF case filing system on Saturday, February 23. As a result, CM/ECF will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note the following important changes that accompany this release:

New Password Requirements: All users will be prompted to create a new password on their first login after the upgrade. Passwords must be at least eight characters in length, include both upper and lower case alphabetic characters, and at least one digit (0...9) or special character ($, #, &, etc.). You will be required to change your password every 90 days.

Support for PDF/A: This release will allow CM/ECF to accept both PDF and PDF/A formatted documents. PDF/A is a standard format that allows for the long-term archiving of electronic documents. PDF/A is the preferred filing format and will eventually be a requirement for filing on CM/ECF. More information about PDF/A is available at http://www.pacer.gov/announcements/general/pdfa.html
