Changes at the Office of Special Masters
Sandra D. Lord resigned her position as Chief Special Master, effective March 10, 2011. Ms. Lord will retain her position as Special Master. A successor Chief Special Master will be selected by the judges of the court.
In the interim, Special Master Patricia Campbell-Smith will serve as the administrative point of contact between the Office of Special Masters and the various offices within the court and will coordinate case assignments and reassignments, electronic case designations, and other administrative matters.
