Certificate of Good Standing Now Required for Monthly Open Court Admissions.

Effective January 11, 2010, attorneys appearing for monthly open court attorney admissions must present a certification from the clerk of the highest court of any US state, territory, possession or District of Columbia, which has been issued within 30 days and states that the applicant is a member of good standing of the bar of such court. Please see RCFC 83.1(b)(2)(A)(i)(III).
